If you see the *Produced by Kenji* tag or you placed an order that is "Pre-Order",  this item may require an additional 5-7 days to process.  I am producing the finishings myself including: design, application, sewing, etc. and this is typically made to order because I have limited space in my studio. 

• The item may arrive separate from the rest of your package (separate shipping fee may be applied)
• Allow 5-7 business days for production 
• If there are any issues with your item upon receiving, please contact me immediately at the email below

Everything in your order will ship once this product has been produced & ready to ship.  If you have any issues with the timeframe associated with this, please email me within 12 hours or your order will be processed as is and there won't be any exceptions made. 

Final note, your shipment may arrive in more than 1 shipment due to the nature of my partner facilities.
