All items stocked at the studio will be shipped within 1-2 business days. I am one person fulfilling all the orders so please understand that there might be delays if things get really busy!

Items labeled with a "Fulfillment Partner" tab will be shipped between 3-6 business days.  

Shipping for all US states will be eligible for $6-10 Economy (depending on weight) for all orders or FREE economy (orders above $120 for US).

If your cart includes an "Made on Demand" or "Fulfilled By Partner" order, you may be charged an additional cost for that item to ship.

If you need an expedited service, there are different options to choose from at check out. 

Final Sale

All items on sale, "Made on Demand", "Fulfillment Partner", and pre-order are final sale -- no returns or exchanges allowed.

In the event that an item is received in damaged condition or an item displays noticeable damages within 1-2 wears, please contact me and I'll resolve the issue with you as a refund, reshipment, or gift card.

Refunds will reflect within 2-4 business days to the original form of payment used at checkout.

"Made on Demand" / "Fulfillment Partner"

An item that has this under the product description is a made on demand item that is fulfilled by another company -- please allow 5-12 days for your order to arrive. If you order multiple items in a cart, this will ship separately, and additional shipping charges may be applied (this is the exact price from the vendor).  I have QA/QC'd the item to make sure that everything looks good before I put it up on my shop, however sometimes there will be issues that I won't be able to detect.

If there are any problems with the item, please email me immediately at support@ikendoit.studio so that I can resolve any issue with you. 

All claims must be made within 7 business days from date of arrival. 

Redo Protection [HIGHLY RECOMMENDED]

Redo provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Add Redo to your cart at checkout to enable protection. 

If you opt out of this, I will not be able to assist in the event where a package has been marked as 'delivered' but lost.  

Returns/Exchanges

Certain items are eligible for returns/exchanges within 7 days of package marked as "delivered." 

Returns/Exchanges are handled in two different options:

1. Store Credit (full value minus shipping)
2. Exchange

Redo will cover the cost of shipping for return for store credit for eligible items.  This means that the cost of shipping will be covered for exchanges under each order number. Customers who do not add Redo to their cart must pay the cost of shipping for any return shipping. 

All returns will incur a $6 restocking fee for refund back onto the original payment method, or full value for store credit.

The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back in its original, new & sellable condition.  If the item is damaged, worn or lost in transit where the item cannot be resold, you will not be given a refund.  Also, items covered in pet hair, odor (cigarette, cologne/perfume), will also be rejected for return/exchange if it impacts the product's ability to be sold as "brand new."

Incorrect Address/Restocking

If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned, the order will be refunded (minus shipping) and a $5 restocking fee will be subtracted.
