Redo & Final Sale Terms
Customers who add Redo to their cart are entitled to:
1. Package protection + insurance in the event that a package is damaged in transit, or if the package is stolen after showing "delivered."
If you opt out of this, I will not be able to assist in the event where a package has been marked as 'delivered' but lost. You will have to contact the Postal Service and resolve the issue on your own
2. A hassle-free exchange/store credit return per order number for eligible products* while inventory and supplies last
*All items on sale, "Made on Demand", "Fulfillment Partner", and Pre-Order are final sale -- no returns or exchanges are allowed.
Redo will cover the cost of shipping for return for store credit for eligible items. This means that the cost of shipping will be covered for exchanges under each order number. Customers who do not add Redo to their cart must pay the cost of shipping for any return shipping.
In the event that an item is received in damaged condition or an item displays noticeable damages within 1-2 wears, please contact me and I'll resolve the issue with you as a refund, reshipment, or gift card.
Please reach out to support@ikendoit.studio to initiate any inquiries regarding exchanges/returns outside of the Redo Portal.
Refunds will reflect within 2-4 business days to the original form of payment used at checkout.
QA/QC Quality Issues
If there is an issue with the received item (damaged, QA/QC issues, sizing is inaccurate from description, etc.) please email support@ikendoit.studio and I will be more than happy to help you find a solution.
Please reach out within 7 calendar days of receiving your item (tracking link will denote arrival date), or you forfeit any consideration for a review.
Any reasonable mishaps will be partially/fully refunded depending on the circumstance.
Returned merchandise must be unworn (trying on for fit is okay). If merchandise returns to me due to incorrect address or rejected acceptance of shipment, the shipping fee & a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your order, while the remaining balance will be refunded.
